Man killed by friend in Jhalakathi

crime-scene-murder-do-not-crossNasir Haoladar alias Nowsha, 35, succumbed to his injuries Friday morning at Amua Hospital under Kathalia upazila of Jhalakathi after chopped by his friend Khokan Haoladar on Thursday night.

Tofazzal Hossain, Kathalia police station in charge, said Nasir Haoladar Nowsha, a day labour and son of late Amjad Haoladar of West Shoulajalia and Khokan Haoladar, son of Nur Muhammad Haoladar of adjacent Boishali village of the upazila were close friends.

In course of time Khokan engaged in extramarital affairs with Hosneara Begum, mother of three children and wife of Nowsha.

Khokan and Hosneara were caught red handed ten-day ago in obscene condition and then enmity created between the both friends.

On Thursday night Nowsha was sleeping at his home and Khokan knocked the door to visit Hosneara.

Khokan entered inside the house after Hosneara opened the door and Khokan chopped Nowsha and fled, alleged Sohrab Hossain, bothers of the victim.

Nowsha was sent to Amua health complex at night and succumbed to injuries there on Friday morning.

Police recovering the dead body sent to Jhalakathi General Hospital morgue for autopsy and Sohrab will lodge a murder case in this connection.

Police arrested Hosneara as a suspected accused of the killing and associate of the killer and started drive to arrest the killer, told the police station in charge.
